Best/Most accurate HPI checker?

I tend to use the highest result on google which I think is hpicheck.com. I think all companies use the same system/database but what's more important is making sure you satisfy their terms to get the protection they offer, this means a proper bill of sale with the VIN, buyers full name and address, mileage, date of sale and signed by buyer and seller etc.

Things to bear in mind:

The cheap ones often don't check for outstanding finance for some reason.

HPI offer a financial compensation scheme if there's a problem but you aren't automatically covered and have to jump through a few hoops soon after purchase in order to be covered by this.

I've used www.mycarcheck.com a couple of times. Their £10 search includes finance checks etc. I'm not sure how the guarantee compares to HPI though.
