I saw the Sunday service on the main page and went to look at the details of valcan to the sky to check out where it was. The details on piston heads don't state whereabouts in the country this meeting is taking place.
Unfortunately the Valcan to the sky website doesn't clearly contain any information as to exactly where they are, on the contacts page they do have a full address in Leicester.

So assuming that Leicester was the location it was only an hour's drive from me and so I've just booked myself in and paid the fee.

Booking email has arrived through giving me the postal address and directions, it turns out that the plane is in fact sitting in Doncaster. I'm sure some of you would know this, but it wasn't clear on the website.

Yes, I'm now fully aware of where it is and I'm sure if your local to it it is easy to get to.
What I'm saying is that it doesn't say on the piston heads article even roughly where it is, and then when you go to the Vulcan to the sky website is almost impossible to see on their whereabouts it is. to be honest their website is a little bit all over the place.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of the Vulcan, I have donated to the cause on many occasions and love to see it flying.

Sorry, I suffer with dyslexia so use dictation software for typing, the one word it didn't recognise was Vulcan, my mistake.

This year will be the last year that XH558 will fly....

I think that there will be high attendance at the airshows this season.
Well worth going to as many as you can.

That is great, it means that someone is listening because when the article was first written it didn't say that.
