Searching for a Private Reg

[Evansky]

Hi All,

This is my first post so I apologise if this topic has been discussed before.

I am looking for a particular registration, not sure where to start as I would like to talk to the owner to see if he would sell it to me.
The DVLA will only give you the details on reasonable grounds, so I'm not sure saying you would like to buy the Reg counts.

Any idea's on the best place to start, or know of any good websites that would have this information available, I'm sure your car dealers must know where to go

Much appreciated
