My menchanic said my car need 4 new "muffler bearings"???

@£75 each? IS that right? Also said my cow lippers or something are seized quoting me another £150 but I cannot find anything about this on the net. He was also telling me he needs to rotate my tires but I told him I rotated them on my way over there and whenever I drive the car. I think the Wilko MotoSave mechanic is trying to rip me off.
