Alfa Giulia Ti: Time For Tea?
The Petrolicous story of how an Alfa project led to a job at Singer

But just look at the result. Dorian says it's built as a canyon car, with strong motorsport influence and a road racer vibe. It may have once been a 1300 but a new 2.0-litre engine boasts roughly twice the power of the original. On 45mm Weber carbs it sounds absolutely superb too. You have to hope his plans for fuel injection don't come to fruition.
One last thing before you click the link and then progress to the classifieds. This old Alfa is actually familiar to PH so it's great to see it get recognition on the global stage. Dan came across it on his LA trip in 2013 (where the lead pic is from), one of many lovely cars residing at Singer's base. The video explains how an old Alfa project became a job there, and very interesting it is too.

It's a pitty my buddy (the owner of the Seat) didn't get a work at Singer.

Harris antics.

Note the sump protection.

A Lada-ish design, but then with Alfa Romeo class.

Rally stylee.

No matter what colour - everything looks good on a Giulia.

360 Snetterton racer.

The later model Nuova lost the touch of elegance.
Anorak facts: produced from 1962 to 1978. Better aero than a period 911. Brake discs as from 1964. Ouch 1976 diesel. Based on the Giulia: Giulia Sprint (aka Stepnose Bertone), Spider (Duetto) and ... the epic and lovely Tubolare Zagato. I'd give both my arms for a TZ.
