Get spec level (and any options) from reg number

Is it possible to find out what spec (standard and option selected) a car has from the reg number?

It's a 2003 Ford Mondeo if that helps.

Ford etis. Input your reg no there and it will give the exact spec and build date of the car. You may need to go into preferences on the website and select English before it allows you to Input your Reg. No. It's not 100% accurate and it needs to be the plate it was registered on, and can't be a FoMoCo car. But try it.
