Dyno rod or similar orange paint

Hello all,
I'm looking for some very, very bright paint that ISN'T spray on.
I have an inspection pit in my garage, about 2m long, 2m deep and 1m across. It's got breeze block walls.
Basically I'd like to paint the walls some ridiculous bright orange or green colour so that when it's open there's a chance it'll catch my eye and I won't fall in!
I'll et the spray stuff if I have to, but I'd prefer to roller/brush it on.

Something like RAL 2005 would probably do the trick (http://www.ralcolor.com), I'd imagine you could get some from any local paint supplier.
