Car Tax

I am unable to find the V5c or the V11, how the hell do I tax the car?

I rang the numbers and they ask for either of the above.

Any ideas?

I could not face the prospect of the post office on a Saturday so rang the DVLA and taxed over the phone and order a new V5c
