Can anyone recommend any supercar hire companies? Preferably Herts/Essex way? Plus anything specific I should be aware of?

I'm thinking Ferrari/Aston/Lambo etc

Supercar experiences are based in St Albans. Try them.
I used them a few years ago (for my dads birthday)

In general, things to be aware of are age restrictions (our minimum age is 30 on most cars). You will need to leave a security deposit, these vary by car, ours range from £3,000 to £7,500 - most Supercar Hire companies require a similar amount - it is normally taken as a preauthorisation on a credit card. A fair wear and tear guide should be available, also check that minor repairs / smart repairable item charges are reasonable.

Also, check how many miles are included and what are the excess mileage charges - we and most others will offer discounted mileage charges if any additional miles are pre agreed up front.

As always, do as much research as possible - how long have the company traded, do they own / operate the cars offered, or if via a broker, will the broker let you contact the hire supplier to check their credentials, do they complete a comprehensive handover, are they happy to give references etc.
