Seems to be the norm snow or ice a certain % of the driving population (let's call them idiots) seem to think driving without any clear screen or one scrape so you see eyes like a balaclava is ok. Likewise snow on the roof of the car not cleared likewise side windows not cleared at all and apply pulling out of junctions.

Are these drivers retarded do you not realise the risk they are putting themselves and others at from such idiotic behaviour?
If they are going to be late so be it better to be late than to cause an accident.

Does anyone know what the police would charge such drivers with for this offence? I'm mindful of starting to take pics or dash cams of these drivers and forward to local police station to see if they want to have a quiet word at the least.

You're about a week late, this was the hot topic when it snowed in the north, however I am aware that for some life doesn't exist north of Watford.

I don't think I have ever cleared my roof of snow. Once. Ever. Does anyone?

Yes. By doing 80mph sideways whilst peeping through an obscured side window.

this snow is powdery rubbish, it will atomise at about 5 MPH so no danger of it sliding down onto your windscreen.

I would imagine as a worse case they'll give you a caution for wasting police time...

Do you also stand on the edge of villages with a cardboard 'speed gun' and a fluorescent jacket bought from screw fix pretending to be a policeman?
