Hello you clever people . I have tried and tried to get a answer from Dvla Vosa .
It's like trying to speak to God. So I throught I would try you Guys.
Am thinking about buying a 4500 kilogram recovery truck. IE 4.5 tonne truck .
And would love to no what I can legally tow.
It's known as the train weight. It's a yank truck with no train weight stamped on the chassis plate.
Can any body help. :-)

Its going to be a bit of research required. I would see if you have axle weights marked first of all, then to find your gross train, its worth checking over in the USA. They must have some information, normally in lbs of each vehicles towing capacity and train weight.

Without it stamped on the chassis plate, and no other proof, I would guess no weight? Awkward one

That doesn't help a lot (askMID says that reg is off a Cobra Hawk 289 replica, and even I can tell that not one of those).
