What type of camera is this?

I was driving past Chiswick Roundabout and came across this camera at a set of traffic lights. I was pretty sure the light was amber but just wanted to check if this is a traffic light camera

Have you spoken to your doctor about this?

I know what you mean, ever since I received 6 points for doing 34 mph on a 40 zone on 2 separate occasions. (Temporary speed limits!! for apparent roadworks by invisible workmen who I never came across for the 2 weeks they were supposedly working there. I've been slightly anxious every time I think I might have had a traffic violation.
