New Lights for my Audi?

If you want to see better, get some Osram Nightbreakers or Phillips Xtreme. I have halfords 120%+ which give off a whiter light but don't dazzle other people.
If you want to change them for blue lights for the look, don't. Especially if they are in a reflector housing.
The Philips are very good - they give off a noticeably whiter, brighter light that illuminates objects much better than the standard bulbs. If you want to change them for blue lights for the look, don't. Especially if they are in a reflector housing.
They have what must be a very slight 'strip' of blue somewhere as you can see it at the edge of the field of light when it falls on a whiteish wall, presumably to give a slight hint of blue when the light first comes into vision. Luckily they don't have a blue cast to them as beloved of chavs.
As for fitting some kind of bastardised Xenon HID unit into a housing designed for halogens: OP - Don't! Fake blue lights look chav enough but illegal Xenons can be dangerously blinding as well as running hot enough to damage your headlight housings.
If I buy 3 packs of these will they fit headlights, sides and fogs????

Don't know, but you can check here. H7s definitely aren't a sidelight bulb though.http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=...

Well, since we only know you have an Audi of some kind, it's impossible to say, except as someone up there pointed out, the third set would be a waste as H7s won't be fitted as sidelights to anything, even as an upgrade.http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=...
The blue HIDs from eBay and the like actually put out less light and dazzle others more.
I had standard lights on an A3 and used to drive an A4 with standard lights they were fine - if you can't see, you need to go to an opticians - seriously.
The only way to fit HIDs that are not complete crap is to retrofit the factory units along with levelling and washing. This is expensive and involved.
For anything else fit Osram Nightbreaker Plus.
I wouldn't worry about foglight bulbs as they're rarely useful for anything other than passing MOTs.
