Hi I have a small section under my car were rust had got underneath the underseal I have peeled this off back to were the metal is unaffected by rust. I have then put some rust treatment on this area. I am now wanting to underseal or waxoyl the area. I am guessing doing this at the moment maybe no good because of damp in the air or will it be ok? Thanks for any advice.

As long as the area you are undersealing is dry and free of dirt, it should be fine. But I would recommend Dinitrol or Bilt Hamber instead of Waxoyl for effectiveness and longevity. You are also best doing thin layers, and building up a thick coating, allowing time for drying in-between each coat of underseal.

I have some Dinitrol, would this be better then underseal? Or underseal then Dinitrol?

Depends what you mean by 'underseal', since Dinitrol/Waxoyl are types of underseal coatings. I'm not an expert, but common practice is a zinc primer, then your choice of rust preventative on top of that.

Its one an area were the underseal has come away I guess it is already primed?
