Circa 1980's my mate happily recreated the TVR British Olympia car show naked ladies whilst on top of my Champagne coloured shooting brake designed by Giugiaro.

Our friends far too cool Mini clubman tries to steal the limelight to little effect.

For proper PH bonus points name make and model of both cars in the background wink

Looks like a Mk5 Cortina in the background on the left and a Toyota Corolla on the right.

He's me showing off on my skateboard in1991, in front of my first car, a Nova 1.2 Antibes.
Basically it was a limited edition similar to the SR but without the better performance

It was 'designed' by Harris Mann, whereas its actual production was merely 'facilitated' (for want of a better word) by Ital Design - but Austin Morris perpetuated this economy-of-the-truth and it clearly stuck, so - why not?? thumbuphehe (I'm a BL etc fan wink ).

PS The cars in the background were named near the top of the thread wink .

You couldn't put GTE wheel trims on them as the GTE had bigger wheels.

The Antibes had a rev counter and 5 speed box too!

My first car. Bought from my mum, is by far the least trustworthy car I've ever owned. Was quite posh compared to the Fiestas etc most had at the time.
The cheesy grin is because I'd just got back from court and managed to keep my licence after some teenagage stupidity. Really made me value my licence that did.

What sort of potential licence losing stupidity was possible in THAT? wink
