Mazda 3 Eonon GPS System

I have a 2006 mazda 3 and I want to fit an Eonon GPS system. However I can't decide between the Windows CE one (D5151Z) and the Android one (GA5151).
Is there a major difference? I read some posts on the GA review and people said the sound quality was not that good. Is that specific to the Android unit or I might encounter the same problem with the Windows one as well?
Please advise regarding this. Also, any other comments and opinions about this units are welcome.
