Looking for a new car to replace a 123d. Only changing due to current car becoming too old to qualify for company car allowance.

Got around 20k to spend, needs to be less than 4 years old (to qualify for allowance) and preferably low ish mileage (less than 30k) as I do around 20k a year.

Ideally needs to be diesel as need 45+mpg to make mileage allowance work.

Needs to be sensible as will be used for transporting bikes, dog etc.

Front runners are 320d estate or 330d saloon. Unfortunately can't afford a 330d estate which seems ideal solution.

Am I missing anything?

Ideally after new shape for the revised engine and 8 speed auto. But wouldn't rule out a well specified older shape.

Thanks for the links though.

Sorry - wrong one - it should have been a 2012 model - corrected now.
