What voltage would you expect charger to show when charging battery? I had it in my head that is should show 13v? Mines only showing 11.6v? Says its charging though. Not a problem?

should be 13-14v put a voltmeter across the posts.

If it's connected to the battery it will show battery voltage not charger voltage. If not connected to the battery it may show nothing.
