I'm sure a lot of us watched this, with the P1, 918 and LaFerrari, and all the complications mentioned in getting them on the track. Out of all the silliness, one thing has stuck in my mind. Ferrari said that if a LaFerrari owner lent the car, they would make sure that person could never buy another limited run Ferrari again.
Firstly, is this possible? Is it even legal? Secondly, how could they know whose car it was unless it was a unique colour (Jamiroquai springs to mind)?
