Is this a scam?

"Hi there is the car still available if so can we negotiate on the price? You can whatsapp me on [phone]. Regards, Nambatha from Namibia"

Just wondering if this is a legit enquiry or the start of an elaborate scam/premium rate number etc

My reply,

The car is still for sale , I'd be willing to negotiate on price once you've seen the car.
And Iv no idea what whatsapp is !

You can call me/text me on 0########## or ebay messaging service
