What is the least green car? (CO2)

[MattHall91]

Bored on a Tuesday night so playing a little game with myself.

Can anybody beat this? Nearly half a kilo of CO2 per km!

My impreza read 30 times the emissions limit when the lambda sensor failed - that had to be in with a shot
