FORD Focus roof leak.

I have a Focus Zetec S (09) with a leak that comes from the side of the front interior light trim (filling the gear lever boot area).I have checked the aerial point and it doesn`t seem to come from there. I suspect that it comes from the luggage rack channel but I cannot see how it could get through to the where it appears inside. Any thoughts would be welcome. John.
