Hello - I thought I'd share my recent experience with you. I recently bought a car at Motorpoint. I was in a rush to get something for the wife and I wasn't able to view (I live overseas). Once she had confessed to having always wanted a BMW I found her a very well priced low mile 1 Series at Motorpoint.
The whole deal was done within minutes over the phone, and apart from being very evasive over the phone about the service status of the car, the sales guy was great to deal with. She has had the car for 3 months now and is delighted with it.
My wife booked the car in for a service today at BMW only to be told that there would be no charge for the service as when purchased new by the leasing Company they had also purchased a 5 year/60,000 mile service package. Bang tidy.
