It'd do pretty poorly on CO2 emissions and pedestrian safety to name just two, those tyres don't look like they'd meet EU approval for water clearance or rolling resistance either.

The interior probably isn't very soft touch and it probably doesn't have bluetooth or a heated steering wheel.

I can only deduce that it'd either be impossible or a total sales flop, which is a shame because I'd love to see a few of these knocking about.

Pfft, Peugeot are boring anyway.

I love the fact that after the Top Gear episode they stated posted pictures of their race cars and upcoming GT range all over Tinder and on Top Gears page.

In all honesty it would be st to drive on the roads.

Race cars are built to be race cars and they don't suit roads at all. It would be very frustrating and difficult to drive.

This type of cars are not for commercial success. These cars are built in order to improve the image of the brands, like for example, the Nissan GT-R, the Ford GT, etc..

If Peugeot launched a road legal version of this car, it would be a cult car with free publicity in every article about cars all over the World, because there is anything like this on sale in the market. They could lose some money, but in the end they will profit in terms of image and free publicity.

A road legal version will have a user friendly interior, road legal tyres, etc.. That's a question of some changes.

The same also aplies to the Renault Twin'Run. The French manufacturers make some crazy and great competition vehicles and concept cars, they could launch some of these cars in order to improve their brand image.

Best regards.

By 'some changes' read: new car.

Considering manufacturers in the WRC cant even produce road cars of any resemblance to their rally counterparts its exceptionally unlikely that Peugeot would even consider making anything resembling this for the road, and to be honest why would they?

Bring back the old homologation rules I say.

Peugeot could maintain the most important in this car, RWD, central engine, the looks, and a single carbon fiber body like the Alfa 4C to ensure low weigth.

It would be a Peugeot version of the Clio V6.

And in that state of tune, it wouldn't go on for very long without needing a rebuild.

It's certainly a great car in its class, but not a beast.
