Evening chaps

Just got home from work and noticed the front number plate on my van is missing. I did take out a bird earlier on today but didn't think anything of it.

Thing is it's a work van (leased) and I don't think I'm going to be able to get one reprinted without any documentation. Would anywhere print one up seeing as the rear one is on there no problems? I could drive back to where it may be but it's about 30miles frown

Any ideas?

Thanks

Depends how quickly you need one. Order one online, usually next day delivery.

Just do what most of the vans round here do.

Make one with some paper and a biro.

Make sure you use the thinnest pen you can though, so its only visible from 2 feet away.

Most normal motorfactors will make you up a plate without any hassle.

In all seriousness;

How many modified cars run without front plates?

I don't think you'd have much of an issue driving it without one, until you can sort it.

I'm sure most coppers would understand the situation if you explained.

I'v ordered plates of ebay before and they don't check any docs or such, but may not have the BS markings that are now needed.

Put show plates on Google, they are normal plates just no docs required.

Just looking at this, guessing if spacing/size/font is all legal there won't be any issues smile

Boss has said try and sort it if not they'll sort it Monday, best at least try tomorrow to get one though

Show plates or eBay - there are loads of sellers knocking out legal plates without docs.

Plenty of sellers on ebay will sell you a legal plate, with no request to see any documentation.

I got mine there last week and they arrived the next day smile
