9000 Aero advice

I've got a late Aero and had it Abbott remapped, intercooler, stainless exhaust, etc. But I haven't done anything with the suspension. I use it as an occasional road car and to spoil the day of others who think they've got fast cars. (a Golf VR6 just learnt that it's not a sedate chugger, ho ho. I've got £800 to spend (it's the car or a holiday with the wife, and the car's gonna win). Advice, please, on how to spend the money wisely. Suspension with Konis, or what? Thanks.
I had Abbott springs & Koni shocks on my old one. If doing it again I'd go for Abbott springs again but Bistein b6 shocks.
AR are great, had tons of Abbott bits on the last car but their mapping isn't that well regarded. Go to UKSaabs and get in touch with one of the T5 Suite tuners there who can sort a better map out plus convert the ecu to work with the T7 APC (cheaper to replace when the T5 APC fails plus you get a much nicer/smoother power delivery)
Also look at thicker arb's. SAS in the states sell both front & rear bars and this is a popular upgrade it I just piggy backed mine with the Abbott rear arb (or cheaper option just double up with a standard bar but you'll need the clamps for this)
Front polly engine mount worth fitting, also front polly butterfly wishbone bushes (good upgrade on these)
Decent tyres....
If your thinking of a brake upgrade in the future (because 9k brakes are pretty crap!!) just fit plain brembo discs, yellow stuff R pads or DS2500, decent fluid and either goodridge or HEL lines.
Tuning wise you can get these absolutely flying for peanuts!! 450-500bhp possible with just bolt on mods, take a look on Maptuns site for a tuning guide but it can be done a LOT cheaper

However, as bad as there mapping is, the Abbott chassis & suspension mods are pretty good.
You should really seriously consider getting the Quiafe diff fitted, that alone was the best mod I did to my old 9000 Aero - really transforms the car.
