Visiting DVLA Swansea

Does anyone know if I can visit the DVLA Swansea in person to arrange retention of personalised number plate, pleaae?

The second link - which is a pdf re: closure of local DVLA offices dated Oct '13 - is discussed in the first link; unless things have changed in the twenty months since that pdf was published the answer appears to be "no" (but you could always ring their helpline and ask to be sure).

Unless things have changed in the last few months, they don't allow visits.

You can do it online. Guy at work got his docs back really quickly. I need to do mine, but for some strange reason though, you can only do online between 8 - 6 Monday to Friday! No idea why.
