I believe that is a suzuki Whizz (Wizz) Kid.

It's a SC100GX - I got chance to drive one not long ago, hilariously fun little thing.

Mate dropped a Kawasaki z1300 in one. To say it was rather quick is an understatement....

They're also known as a Suzuki Fronte Coupe or Suzuki Cervo SS20 in some parts of the world.
