I need some advise on correct tire pressure with my camber setup. I have 7 degrees negative on the front running 245/45r17 on continental extreme contact dws 06's (Z rated) . The rear tires have 2 degrees negative running 275/40r17 on tigerpaws with wheel spacers. This is on my 01 ford svt mustang cobra. Any help or ideas would be awesome!

I see you're new around here.

I'm not going to be rude, but that much camber is not safe for road use.

Quite. I'm not sure it matters what the width of the tyre is when you're only using the corners.

Put the camber levels on your suspension back to settings that aren't stupid. Best of luck.

You've got a really nice car, so why don't you want to be able to drive it properly?

Probably won't make much difference what pressures you run, as you must be running on the shoulder of the tyre anyway. Whilst you might like the questionable aesthetic of 7 degrees negative camber, I imagine the handling is equally questionable? Anything over 4 degrees will have a negative impact on handling and something like 2.5 is nearer ideal.

Ford's preferred spec for camber on that car is -0.6º.
Ford's allowable range for camber on that car is in the range of +1.35º to -1.5º.
The OP's -7º is massively outside of the allowable range, but of course we all knew this.

Bit too high, I think 160 psi is correct OP.

Gosh I hope the OP has informed his insurance company that the geometry is so far outside the manufacturer's specification.

Or is he hoping the ensuing crash damage will destroy the front suspension and this cheeky modification won't be spotted?

To be honest, I assumed OP might have been running an uprated suspension set-up, to be able to dial in such extreme levels of camber and that factory specs' would no longer apply?

TBH, I suspect the OP is a misplaced 'merkin.

To get to -7º, he's likely using lowered suspension as well as camber/castor adjustment plates.
