I pressed this button in my car yesterday and to my surprise i ended up talking to some sort of call centre where a lady was asking me how she could help? I wasn't expecting that to happen so i just apologised and the call ended. Anyone know what the service/company name is?

They are possibly the greatest people ever. I had one in my old Mercedes and would give you nav and traffic updates. Also you could ask them all kinds of random things to find. I once asked where the nearest supplier of x was and they found it for me.

Thanks, yeah, its installed in mt 1999 Volvo T5. I just had a quick google now that i know what it is and it seems i can tell the operator where i want to go, they program my destination, and i then get turn by turn instructions over the speaker? I think i'll stick to Waze if thats the case!

I've had the car nearly two years, i'm surprised the subscription (assuming it has one) hasn't run out. How does the traffic updates work? Is that only when you have a destination programmed?

I thought it was redundant - like the analogue Telly it came with.
