Possible error with tyre pressure warning light
Discussion
Before I take the car to a dealer and look like an idiot I want to check that I've not missed something!
Had a slow puncture on one tyre and it was repaired yesterday. I left the garage and (annoyingly) realised they'd not inflated the tyre correctly. I pulled into a petrol station to top it up and got back on the road. Although the pressure monitoring system shows the correct pressure (280kPa) on both the rear tyres, the one which was repaired is highlighted in orange and the warning to "check pressure" is still on.
I can't find a reset control, and in the past when I've had a low tyre it resets itself after being refilled. Any clues?
Thanks!

If it's the Mercedes on your profile you're talking about, I think it's in the menu under "Service", then "Tyre Pressure" - use the buttons on the left on the steering wheel to access. Make sure the pressures are right then tell the car that those are the values you want it to work from. And then drive it and the system should reset.
Good luck!
Good luck!

It is, and I've gone to that menu. It shows all the pressures but the only option is to view them. There's no reset! (Spent 10 minutes in the drive yesterday pressing every button in various combinations!)Good luck!
Feel like it's a dealer-call.

Try this - when you see the pressures displayed, try scrolling down (the button below OK) and see if "Use current pressures" appears - if it does, press "OK" again and it should start the process.Feel like it's a dealer-call.
Good luck (again)!
