There have been many threads on people being burned on Sale or Return. I have no comment on this garage, but would encourage you to get sight of the contract they propose.

Who is responsible for bringing it up to spec if they find a buyer that wants work done to it?
Who bears warranty responsibility (them, it comes out of their margin)
