Merc Vito Petrol V6 3.7 123
Discussion
Does anyone know anything about these ?
I've recently stumbled across them but I'm slightly concerned that they only seem to have been made for 2 years and that I can't find much info from google.
It seems the 3.2 didn't have enough power so they tried the 3.7 but it only had around 10bhp more and then they went to the newer 3.5 which i believe had some reliability issues.

A 6 cylinder petrol van? Nice!
Viz. the bigger engine, I believe it was mainly swept to increase torque. Those older SOHC engines are lazier than the later 3.5 DOHC (I had the 3.2 and it had a fabulously flat torque curve from 2000 to 5000 rpm), so maybe check the peak torque/revs to get a better idea of the differences between engines?
