Suspicious vehicle - can anyone help find some more info

A blue Citroen Picasso has mysteriously arrived over the last couple of nights.

One tyre has seriously damage as if the car has been run on it flat for some miles.

All body panels are damaged with body panels missing. There are beer cans thrown all over the inside of the vehicle. It’s looks like it has been potentially stolen.

Can anyone find anything out about it - LC04 VFW. I have checked and unfortunately it’s Mot’d and taxed so legally can be there.

will be doing this tomorrow if its still there, it was more out of my own curiosity. I'd be surprised if it hadn't been reported as its partially blocking a bus route and in a well built up area.

The MoT expires next month.

The offside rear suspension arm has slight play in a pin/bush and it has split wipers.

This thread about it is the second hit on Google.

It doesn't appear to be doing anything wrong.
