Previous Owner info on V5

Just had a new V5 come through the post and noticed that the previous owner name and address no longer appear on the V5. It also no longer shows the date that the previous owner registered the vehicle, presume this is due to the new GDPR laws coming into effect in a few weeks.
No big deal, however was always something that i liked to see

That is a shame! I always like to look the address up to see if my car was on streetview!

That must be a very recent change as I applied for a new V5 a few weeks back & it has the previous keepers details on it.

I like the googling streeview to see if the car is on it too.

Got one through last Thursday and it does have the previous owners details.

The yellow section on the back is section 9 V5C/3 - selling to trade etc etc

That's a shame, I wanted to know who drove my newly bought car before me. I bet it was a man and wanted confirmation. Personally, prefer male drivers than one lade owner ...

I guess if you are buying a used car from a dealer you can ask the seller to show you or copy the V5 to see the registered keeper especially with all the anti ex rental car press around at the moment.
