Dutch equivalent to Halfords in Holland

Going to have some time to kill in holland near Scheveningen

Can anyone recommend a car type shop similar to Halfords. I’d like to pick up some towing bits and pieces.

Things are, in my experience of fairly frequent travel to NL, more expensive there. I'd wait till you get home unless it's something you can't get at home.

My brother lives in NL and buys everything when he visits the UK.... toasters, car bits, clothes, baby stuff. All cheaper here, so he waits till he's visiting.
