Hi I was just wondering if anyone can help me I’ve been banned and have to retake my test would I have to put down on my insurance I’m a new driver or can I say my first test date the day I passed

You’re not a new driver.

You have to use the date that is stated on the back of your driving license (which is usually the date you originally passed - even after you retake your test).

Then as above you detail the endorsements and the ban when the insurer asks you.
