Depends. If the repair procedure calls for fresh oil I wouldn’t expect to pay for it. If it doesn’t, I’d expect them to drain what they needed to drain (if anything) and then refill with it.
The answer to whether the oil will be replaced or not almost certainly won't impact the service due date/mileage, which you'll need to do if you want to keep your warranty, so why does it matter?
