Performance Car Magazine Treasure Hunt 1988/9 ( Epernay)

I wonder if anyone can help

I think it was 1988 ( might have been 1989) I took part in EMAP's Performance Car Magazine annual treasure hunt. The Host was Jeremy Clarkson and he was driving a De Tomaso Pantera . It was fancy dress

We were dressed as the Flintstones and JC broke down in Pas de Calais and needed to be rescued .. by us..


Sadly, I no longer have photos of that crazy weekend ...or the magazine article covering event.

We ended up in the Champagne Cellars of Mercier at Epernay..


I would be grateful if any one has photos of that event or would sell me a back copy ..

PS We entered in a Jag XJS 5.3 V12, but at the last minute 'Wilma' and I were joined by 'Barney and Betty Rubble' in a Citroen ( Turbo!) Diesel Estate ...
