If I remember correctly, they are an online only insurer, so the only time you would speak to them on the phone is if you have an accident.

My daughter phoned them somehow when she couldn't do an amendment online, but they charged her an amendment fee when it would have been free online. I was annoyed, she wasn't bothered.
