Admiral MultiCar Insurance

My wife and I have separate Admiral car insurance policies (that are not part of multicar).
Will Admiral merge them into a multi car insurance and refund the alleged discount they offer?
I cannot see an option to do this online

Can't answer your question but check the small print carefully as a lot of multi car policies don't acrrue NCB (or never used to)

yes we did just this but you can still get it cheaper elsewhere 4 cars between 2 of us

I don't know what other PHers experience has been but a few years ago my wife and I had 5 cars between us, so we opted for Admiral multicar insurance as each of our cars insurance came up for renewal. However when the multicar policy itself came up for renewal we got a bit of a shock at the premium. We quickly looked around for individual policies and saved nearly 40%.
The saving was so big it just wasn't worth trying to negotiate with Admiral.
You might want to keep an eye on the cost of individual policies from a range of other companies when renewal time comes.

Can you name any that don't (other than classic polices which ignore NCB anyway), as I've only used Admiral and LV, and all cars accrued their own NCB - and I'd like to rule out the ones to not bother with.
