Does this belong to somebody famous?

Oddly it was sat in lane 3 M1 sticking to 70 mph and causing a tailback Everybody that I saw gave up in the end and overtook in lane 2 which wasn't very busy. Even so the roller remained wafting along in lane 3. All very odd. It was still sat in lane 3 when I was well up the road.

A search says it belongs to Barry Herbert, anybody know who he is?

I wasn't sure where to post it but put it here because causing a rolling road block in lane 3 would suggest something was wrong with the driver. It was af 'he' was totally oblivious to events happening around him.

I've seen him on the M25, funnily enough he's always one lane from the outside whenever I see him so perhaps just a chronic MLMer.
