I think you need to learn how to drive and stop being a moron.

If you’re leaving a roundabout at the 3rd exit you should approach it in the right hand lane not the left hand lane.

Go and have a read of your Highway Code.

When you are on the roundabout you can move left to the middle lane.
However when you joined the roundabout you were in the wrong lane as there were only two lanes at your entrance. You should have been in the right hand lane.

When I see someone driving badly/not paying attention I give them space and get on with my life. No point in getting frustrated over it especially when it’s the commute and potentially will see them most days on the drive in.

Poor driving by both of you there. Poor lane discipline up to and including the roundabout. Both of you trying to force your way into gaps when changing lane for no real reason. That bizarre move on the roundabout almost ended up in a bump with someone who wasn’t involved in your stupid game. The Polo shouldn’t have made the move it did but it wasn’t hard to see coming. Just because they aren’t following the rules either doesn’t mean have a crash just to prove your point.

You had chance to let it go but then decided that you wanted to play silly buggers for the rest of the journey.

I honestly don’t see what the lady in the Fiat did wrong. I just see her negotiating to get across to the lane she needs to be in through heavyish traffic.

If I'd watched that video without reading the 'explanation' I'd have concluded the camera car was being driven by a very bad driver and the Fiat 500 by a not very good one.

Having read the explanation, I still do.

You know it's funny - although it's not obvious, when she joined my journey from the sliproad (1st section of vid) I knew that the person wanted to sort of speed up and pull straight into my lane, but in the end bailed out. So she was impatient in her general driving style from the beginning. I've been generally driving pretty relaxed, it was early, not late for work or anything.

In the 2nd section where a decent gap opens up behind a blue car, (ie between the blue car and her), I want to pull into that right lane and in my mirror I saw her madly put her foot down to keep me 'out' (no sound on vid, but I indicated politely - which is the only reason the muppet knew I wanted to go into that lane). Again I didn't force it I just let her keep me 'out' and pulled in behind her. I didn't give any outward signal that I had noticed her.

But then in the 3rd section of the vid where we reach the roundabout I did intentionally do something I knew would annoy her, mainly cos I could tell she couldn't drive very well - so she was obviously going to want 'both' lanes to herself, whichever one I went in. So I deliberately did what did and went on her left to go around the roundabout. Just being a bit mischievous. (the vw polo cuts across my bows as we exit btw)

Now although the road is not now maintained (lines all worn out) it is 3 lanes and does allow for 2 lanes to enter, go around, and exit, see lower pic of when it was in better condition.





Finally as I started getting close to work I realised this old bat might actually work in the same place as me! So I decided to innocently pull over and check my phone etc so as not to both have to go & park next to each other <awks>. I was right, and she does. Anyway, look how she slows almost to a stop by me - I presume to have a pop at me! If it was a bloke you would think they're being aggressive. I pretended I was doing something.

Anyone else ever inadvertently had road rage and then turns out it's with a work colleague?

(Had sound problems so apologies only after I did the vid did I realise sound was missing so had to add it on - I added it on for the roundabout bit where she beeped me).

Looks like something and nothing to me, just everyday poor driving.

As for road rage, I didn't see any of that. Where was all the shouting, getting out of the car, punching windscreens etc???

Didnt you miss the angry horn beep.

Ir reminds me of when i beeped this driver at a giveaway at a roundabout, was messing about. Went in a huff, i just drove round him because he stood fast, whilst he shouted angrily and then he wheel spinned off.

It was almost like he wanted to have agro.
