I get photos of LED strip lights and cooker hoods.

Guess I'm that kind of guy.

Agreed.

Here's one I found of my car with it's original plate on, with Ainsley riding shotgun...

EDIT: Was hoping to see the Hoff, not aftermarket airbags cry

Well its a funny world and a great idea you had. I found some snaps of my golf at the ring, no surprise, but my s13 seemed to have been owned by someone on pH a couple of years before I bought it

Every time i buy a used car, I always Google the number plate. Found out some interesting stuff over the years including, one of which had a link to a website showing it had been previously impounded by the police for no tax and insurance, one of which had been highlighted on the rate-driver website for the previous owner driving like an absolute knobhead. Others where I found previous adverts for them or posts on forums from previous owners trying to get issues fixed, and then selling them with known faults without disclosing them.

Always worth searching a reg before buying. You never know what you may find.

One of the flickr images of my 944 says it's fitted with a 2000cc engine ! Outrageous.

I get my plate on a Nissan X-Trail in the Philippines, that's some serious plate cloning !

On my german plate, I have the town prefix followed by OA 5599, no Dodge though, but Dodgy.

Strangely it turned up a picture of the car I posted on PistonHeads. I say strangely as the plate was in view but not in the text.

Various pics of my car at various meets over the years. And on PH the thread started by the original owner when he bought that number plate in 2003!

I bought the plate on my Ute from the manufacturer - it was previously fitted to a press car so googling it does get results that show the plate, but not my car.

I owned a 911 for 5 years before selling it on back in 2014/2015: just googled the plate and found this!

No images of the current car mine is fitted to, though there are plenty of pictures of it on a old Bentley that was for sale in the US, if it was ever fitted to that car it (in the UK) would have been a long time ago

My reg appears on Cazana - VW Bussat bought new in Jan 2020. Cazana reckons my mileage is 24k. Erm , because of Covid it's 7k.

I know of people whose reg numbers/cars have appeared on a DCW type site - rate drivers.
