Plain to see, hanging on the rear wiper.
My girlfriend reckons owner(s) hung it. After bagging the s
t they were unable to find a bin.
My daughter reckons owner(s) didn't pick it up, and a third party saw, and hung the st in revenge.
I reckon that owner(s) have poor taste in car ornaments. I don't rate it. Frankly, it looks st.

It is exactly that, though not our vehicle. Girlfriend correct.
To anybody who seems offended by it, what would you rather happen as opposed to the object being deposited into first appropriate bin on journey home? Better that than it not being picked up at all.
I suppose some possible reason for criticism if the offended person were a massive bellend tailgater and it was a particularly rancid malodorous example.

Sometimes they only have one camera. Picks up one plate on way in and opposite plate on way out. If it can't read one of the plates, either when entering or exiting its very unlikely that they could issue a ticket as they would have no evidence of the time that you spent on the car park...

You are right, I'd rather this than have the bag hung from the nearest tree.
Earlier today, I noticed a BMW 3 series Touring, being driven, with, what looked like, a bag of dog poo hanging from the rear wiper and remembered this thread.
Is this some new trend/craze or just a socially responsibe dog owner taking their pet's poo home for disposal wihtout carrying it inside the car with the smell or risk of upholstry contamination?

Socially responsible, sure, but I'd just carry a bucket with a lid in the boot for such occasions, I couldn't take the embarrassment.
