Salary Sacrifice EV insurance

I’m looking to order an EV through a salary sacrifice at work.

Do I have to take the insurance offered by Octopus or can I arrange my own?

Looking at go-compare when I selected business lease for the owner and keeper I don’t get any quotes back.

Has anyone else found this? Does it matter for the insurance if I say I own it, or it’s personal lease plan or business lease plan?

I had a call with Octopus this afternoon about SS on an EV. They confirmed that we could use our own insurance as long as it was checked and confirmed adequate by Octopus.
