Not sure if this has been posted before but there's some graphic video of the carnage caused by a lorry driver who has been using his phone. He doesn't even react to standing traffic ahead.

Dead couple had to be identified by the chip in their dead dog.

Jeez... the car he hit first just disappeared.

Fully laden, a tractor/trailer is going to be a good 20x heavier than a car. And travelling at 56 mph (Im sure a lot of them go faster than that now, I've had to really pick up from 65-70 to get by lorries quickly sometimes) its a heck of a lot of energy!

Doubt it. This has been happening for a decade and even with the revised laws, people still happily drive around using a phone. Why is that?
