Someone hit into the back of me
Discussion
Hello,
2 days ago someone hit into the back of me at a roundabout going no more than 5-10 MPH, but after cleaning the car there is some small dents and scratches and a tiny crack starting to appear. My car is a Tesla and the only issue is I am about to sell the car so would it be worth going through my insurance to get it fixed, the other driver is at fault and I have a dash cam footage of the incident. I wouldn’t be so bothered if I wasn’t planning on selling the car but I ideally don’t want there to be any damage on the vehicle which isn’t my fault.

Hit into the back of you??
That's not even a sentence, which btw, you deserve for your poor grasp of English and lack of punctuation.
Blimey. What a terrific way to welcome a newbie. That's not even a sentence, which btw, you deserve for your poor grasp of English and lack of punctuation.

I've got transport but don't like the badge.
What to do
You forgot the question mark in this earlier post. That's abysmal punctuation.I've got transport but don't like the badge.
What to do
Sort it out man!

The car is worth 90k fella
Which is why they should buy itPutting you in an equivalent rental is going to cost a couple of £k a week.
They could buy it from you today at market value, do exactly what they were going to have to do anyway, them auction it instead of giving it back to you.
Chances are they'll save themselves a substantial amount of money.

I just don’t want to seem petty as the damage is definitely classed as minimal but at the same time it’s not my fault and don’t want a potential buyer to be put off by this considering it’s not my fault.
The bit you can see may be minimal, but unless you get it properly checked it’s hard to know whether there is damage behind the bumper. My wife had a similar happen to her new car a few months ago and it ended up being an insurance job (although a week after the insurers got involved the other side asked if we’d sort it away from the insurance).

The OP soon wanting to sell it isn’t the insurers problem I’m afraid. Putting you in an equivalent rental is going to cost a couple of £k a week.
