Definitely a ceramic blue like this:

I think it would look good on most cars and should be as common as widely available ceramic grey seems to be nowadays.

British Racing Green, or just dark green in general

Just a range of colours that are more than the usual monochrome from white through many greys to black.
Although the colour choice does seem to be more varied now than it was a few years ago.

I quite like the beigey yellowy orange of yesteryear.

The problem is that what people like behind an internet keyboard is completely different to what they want in a showroom. We all want fantastic ranges of colours, but aren't prepared to put our money where our mouth is. [Cue handful of PH'ers with alternative colours] biggrin

Anything bright really - yellows, oranges, purples, etc. Even when manufacturers offer things like blues these days they tend to see almost appologetic shades which are doing their best to be silver.

I'd like a nice shade of murky grey. There aren't enough of those around, especially if you're looking at German brands....

Seriously though, anything other than black, grey/silver, or recession white.

My brother had metallic brown on his Navara. It just looked as though he was driving around in a giant turd.

A rich dark purple for me, please. Idly configurating a Conti GT out of curiosity the other week, and Damson was definitely my favourite shade.

This ^^^ I do like bright colours (mrs DG's car is yellow and yhe only reason mine is B5 blue is I couldn't find plum crazy - the perils of buying second hand frown )

Always loved a good blue much like the first post - so I put my money where my mouth is! Was tempted by white but the opportunity to own a unique colour on a relatively cheap car could not be turned down.

Yeeessss.

I really like the Hyundai N car blue as well. Although it seems to be their thing now so may look unusual on other cars.

I like Damson Bentleys. Very difficult to sell, though.

You have beaten me to it. There is also a lighter green currently used on some small Audis which looks sophisticated. A pity that some associate green with bad luck.
