As the owner of a cherry 1977 450, I can attest to the downward slump of a bank account when you first take over. However, once I got used to knowing that drivers side was on the right, your enthusiasts were my best source of repair tips. Your Vauxhall folks are damn smart, too, as I had to pick their brains twenty years ago on a Cadillac Catera - or an Omega to you. Again, every aspect was already known to the local drivers. Now, I've almost surely sealed my fate by buying not one, but two Jaguars of the Ford era. An XK8 and a Super V8 in Aluminium. People tell me suicide would be quicker.
